Project Proposal Strat Planning
NSPIRE Departments
I. PROJECT TITLE
II. VENUE
IV. PROPONENTS
V. CONTEXT
NSPIRE has been initiating efforts to strengthen company vision and core values, and to
improve company performance by streamlining company policies and processes. As part
of this endeavour, it is deemed necessary for all departments to develop strategies that
would support the company’s efforts toward development.
Strategic planning is an organizational management activity that is used to set priorities,
focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other
stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended
outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a
changing environment. With this activity, NSPIRE will be able to articulate not only where
an organization is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will
know if it is successful.
Strategic Planning is one of the proven and tested activities that provide organizations to
ensure that the common goals are to be attained. This also provides organizations to
come up with strategies on how to reach their objectives and how to assess whether
these are effective or not.
