Introduction

The Smervy is a small business that aims to serve tastiest and

affordable freshly not baked but effortful made Munchkins and Buko juice to

our customers. We named our business “Smervy”, it is because it derived

from the word sweet which is also describes our products. We offer our very

own “Smervy Munchkin” with its visual appeal and affordable price to our

consumer for them to buy it. We are aiming to give nothing but the best quality

product to our customers. We also choose Buko milk juice as our product

since it is also proudly Pinoy product came from fresh coconut tree where we

can be found in tropical country like here in Philippines. This juice has a pure

coconut juice and milk combined as one to formed a Buko juice milk and sell it

in affordable price.

Our business will be located at mini gym of Gov. Vicente Duterte

National High School. By living remarkable true to our brand’s slogan, “taste

the perfect balance of paradise in every sip and bite”, our customers will

remember us for our high quality, freshly produced delicious munchkin balls

and refreshing buko juice that they could not oppose patronizing the products

of Smervy. In additional, we add a premium on the quality of our produced

products that we offer to our valued consumers. The initiate capital will be

obtained from group meaningful contributions for the ingredients, packaging

supplies, and miscellaneous expenses. Each member required to contribute

Php 200.00 to secure our initial capital of approximately Php 2,000.00. As we

plan to start our business out of our homes, we will utilize our available

kitchen stuff at home for us to prepare our products.

Additionally, each member will have their respective positions in the

business to ensure smooth management and operations. The business would

be managed by the owner Mrs. Rollybe C. Quinsay with the help of her co-

makers Ms. Joan M. Egad, and Ms. Johannah Jill F. Anding.

Vision

To be the leading provider of delicious and healthy Munchkin treats and

refreshing Buko juice all around the world, fostering a culture of health and

happiness.

Mission

We are dedicated to make munchkins and Buko juice that aims at

satisfying the tastes and needs of its consumers in the society. The effort of

Smervy munchkins and buko juice are focused on bringing the most

distinctive and innovative products to the market. The main concern of the

business is the health of its customers and thereby strives to serve hygienic

and healthy food along with taste and quality.

1.1 Situational Analysis

Conducting a SWOT analysis is an indispensable step in assessing the

viability and potential for success of our munchkins and buko juice

business. By dissecting the internal and external factors affecting our

venture, we can develop a comprehensive understanding of the strengths

and weaknesses inherit in our operation, while also uncovering the

opportunities and threats that lie ahead. This analysis will serve as a

strategic compass, guiding our decisions, and helping us maximize our

strengths, mitigate our weaknesses, seize opportunities, and defend

against potential threats, ultimately ensuring the growth and sustainability

of our business.

1.2 Description of the Product

We will introduce two initial products, Munchkins and Buko juice.


Munchkins, also referred to as graham balls, are delectable no-bake
cookies resembling Dunkin’ Donuts munchkins and offering a flavor
reminiscent of s’mores. They are crafted by combining crushed graham
crackers, condensed milk to bind them, and a delightful surprise
marshmallow in the center. In addition to Munchkins, our offerings include
Buko juice made from fresh coconut, condensed milk and a blend of
special ingredients that make our Buko juice uniquely delightful.

1.6 Sales Forecast

In this sales forecast analysis, we will delve into the performance


projections for a dynamic business venture, specializing in the delightful
combination of munchkins and buko juice. The sales are projected at 20%
of the target market, with each customer buying at least one munchkin
and a cup of buko juice.

1.7 Promotional Strategies

We will promote our products using social media. To spread the word
about our advertisements, we will upload promotional materials, tag our
friends and classmates on social media, and ask them to share them with
their friends, classmates, and teachers who attend Mariano Peralta National
High School. To welcome and entice our consumers, we will design and
construct a unique and colorful booth. Additionally, we will personally welcome
teachers, schoolmates, friends, and members of school staff to stop by our
booth and purchase our goods.

sample munchkin and buko juice for our advertisement, which cost of:

The Smervy munchkins and buko juice business is a Sole

Proprietorship form of business. It will be managed by the owner Mr. Piolo S.

Circulado and will be assisted by Ms. Bai Gilly Datumanong together with the

other members.
