MANIFESTATION OF SETTLEMENT

Topserve Service Solutions, Inc. (“Topserve”), by and through the

undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers
that:

1. On 22 June 2023, Topserve offered financial assistance to one of the

Complainants, Mr. Ferdinand Palma, as a means of amicable
settlement.

2. Mr. Ferdinand Palma agreed to the offer of financial assistance for him
to claim at the Topserve Head Office, 9694 A&N Building, Kamagong
St., Brgy. San Antonio, Makati City.

3. On 23 June 2023, Mr. Ferdinand Palma appeared at the Topserve Head

Office to receive the agreed upon financial assistance.

4. Therefore, Mr. Ferdinand Palma, having acquired his promised financial

assistance, personally signed the company provided Quitclaim.
