SUBJECT : Action taken on Weekly reminder re COPs to personally

supervise the deployment of personnel during weekend

1. References:
a. Memorandum from Chief, ROD dated April 26, 2024 with same subject
as above;

b. Memorandum from this Office dated November 26, 2023 with subject:
Guidance of the Regional Director during the Emergency Conference re
Series of Shooting and Robbery Incidents; and

c. Staff Conference with CRS on February 19, 2024.

2. This pertains to the observation of the Regional Command Group wherein

they noted that 8-Focused Crimes were commonly committed during weekends.
Hence, this reiteration on the instruction of the Regional Director that Chiefs of Police
must personally supervise the deployment of personnel especially during weekends
and Holiday Season.

3. In this regard, please be informed that at about 8:00AM onwards of June

06, 2024 PMAJ SERAFIN T GAPUNUAN, COP conducted PICE to the personnel of
Alaminos MPS to remind them to intensify police intervention to prevent the
occurence of crimes under 8 Focus Crimes within the area of rensponsibility. Said
activity ended with fruitful result. (see attached)

PICE - Action picture during PICE to the personnel of Alaminos MPS presided by
PMAJ SERAFIN T GAPUNUAN, COP on June 06, 2024 held at Alaminos Municipal
Police Station, Brgy.3 Poblacion, Alaminos Laguna.

Oplan Sita – At about 10:00AM onwards of May 15, 2024 personnel of Alaminos
MPS together with members of 1st LPFMC under the direct suprvision of PMAJ
SERAFIN T GAPUNUAN, COP conducted Oplan Sita Operation along National
Road, Brgy, San Andres, Alaminos Laguna
Inspection of Business Establishment – On May 15, 2024 at about 10:30AM onwards
personnel of Alaminos MPS under the supervision of PMAJ SERAFIN T
GAPUNUAN, COP conducted visitation and inspection at Puregold Supermarket and
Mercury Drug Store situated at población area of Alaminos Laguna.

Mobile Patrolling – On May 15, 2024 at about 10:30PM onwards personnel of

Alaminos MPS under the supervision of PMAJ SERAFIN T GAPUNUAN, COP
conducted mobile patrolling in area of responsibility to prevent any significant
incident.
