Course Objectives:
The main objectives of the course are given as follows:
To acquaint the students about the different aspects of Chemistry. To aware the students about the
contribution made by different personalities in the field of chemistry. To acquaint the students
about the environmental effects and their effects on human health.

After completion of the course, the students will have the theoretical knowledge pertaining to:
After successful completion of the course, the students will be able to know the role of chemistry
about the day today activities of life. The effect of environment on the human population and our
ecosystem. Also the students will be able to know the role of different medicines and their effects
on human system

Covalent and coordinate bond, Chemical reaction, types: combination, Decomposition and displacement
