Preamble:

Mock drill was organized on 31.08.2021 to test the emergency preparedness as per FSMSP– 8.4

Summary:

Mock Drill was conducted with scenario as a Failure of power supply at 09.30 AM in SPD-2 Reactor Area.

One of the employee Mr. Selvam has observed that Reactor has stopped and the product reaction time still

incomplete. Power supply did not resume till 09.39 AM Immediately, Supervisor dialed 222 extension to

engineering team to check & provide power supply. As per instruction of FSTL / team switched on the power at

09.46 AM.

Minutes of Mock drill :

1. Food safety team created Emergency situation to check the preparedness for emergency situation related to

product safety view.

2. As per instruction of FSTL / Team informed to Engg department to switch off power at 09.30 hrs. One of the

production employee Mr. Selvam has notice power failure in SPD-2 reactor area and reactor has stopped

Process reaction time is incomplete.

3. Supervisor has informed to Engg team and Escalate about Power failure in SPD-2 Reactor area at 09.32 to

check and provide the power supply.

4. As per instruction given by FSTL / Food safety team switch on the power supply at 09.46 hrs.Engineering

operator / Supervisor informed to Production supervisor about resuming of power supply immediately

production person Switch on reactor at 09.48 hrs.

5. After completion of reaction time in process sample taken for analysis as per BMR. pH found within the limit.

No abnormalities observed. Same is informed to QA and QA line clearance given so, further continued the

process as per BMR.

6. After batch completion also check all parameters are found ok within the limits as per COA. BMR verification

and reviewing by QA and Production team dispatch the product as per customer requirements.

7. Whole Mock drill activity involved and participate food safety team.

8. Food safety team informed the whole mock drill was concluded at 09.30 Hrs. to 09.48 Hrs. Mock Drill activity

completed 18 Minutes)
