A fine-dining restaurant that offers a fusion of Vietnamese and French cuisine,

History:
The idea for the restaurant came from the passion and experience of two chefs,
Nguyen and Le, who met while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris.
They both shared a love for their native Vietnamese cuisine, as well as an
appreciation for the French culinary tradition. They decided to return to Vietnam
and open their own restaurant, where they could showcase their skills and
creativity, and introduce a new concept of fine-dining to the local market. They
chose Thắng Nhất as their location, because of its proximity to the sea and the
availability of fresh seafood and produce. They also wanted to create a contrast
between the modern and sophisticated interior of the restaurant and the rustic and
charming surroundings of the town. The restaurant opened in 2023, after months of
planning, designing, and testing. It quickly gained popularity and recognition, both
among locals and tourists, for its innovative menu, exquisite presentation, and
attentive service. The restaurant aims to provide a memorable dining experience,
where guests can enjoy the fusion of flavors, cultures, and techniques, in a refined
and comfortable setting.
