Referring to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Action

(MOA) between National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) and Bina Insani University
(BIU) Indonesia dated January, 17st 2024, we are happy to invite your faculty members and
Students to participate in Metaverse Workshop which will be held on 8th to 17th March, 2024 in
Bekasi Municipality, West Java Province, Indonesia.
