Sub: Regarding permission to conduct DAC meeting before 150 day from the previous
DAC.

I am Adithya Hegde, a PhD student from the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at
MIT, Manipal, with registration number 200900173. I joined the program in February 2021 and registered
on 23rd November 2021.
I am writing to request permission to conduct my DAC-05 meeting on 11 th June 2024. I have completed
my previous DAC-4 meeting on 3rd February 2024. Although there is a requirement for a 150-day gap
between DAC meetings, I am requesting this exception due to the upcoming end of my stipend period on
23rd November 2024. The articles regarding this DAC-05 has been accepted for publication in Materials
Research Express. The last article regarding the objectives has been submitted to the respective journal. I
humbly request you to grant permission.
