that it has completed the issue of 570,833 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares)
in respect of the exercise of 570,833 unlisted options at $0.25 each to raise
ACN 107 244 039
$142,708.25.

The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that:

Matthew Boyes conversion of unlisted options;
