JUSTIFICATION LETTER

I am here with bringing forward my deepest concern for the delay on the issues of my plot in
Khwai which I applied for on the 20th of October 2021 and I was allocated February 2022. To
my surprise the other people I applied with have been attended to and I wonder mine is still
behind yet we were allocated and I believe I deserve prioritization since I have business on
hold.

I really need to get started with my campsite hence I have a lot of international companies
which are ready to bring clientele to my business and because of this delay I can’t proceed.

- Saga Africa is a Namibian based company that has vowed to give me business as I
have been dealing with them when I was part of the community trust business and
because of my dedication, focus and exceptional guest relations they are willing to
bring some their clients to my campsite.
- Rafiki Tours is another Namibian based company which is waiting to bring their
German clientele to this very camp-site.
- Hans Come-along Maui Safaris - is a Dutch company based in Nederland and UK also
willing to bring business to me

The certificate will be highly instrumental for me to find loans from any funding body which
will be interested in helping my course of erecting a unique safari operation which will create
jobs for some other jobless Batswana.

At this plot I already have a mounted a Jojo tank for water reticulation and there is need for
more through proper regularization. I hope, trust and believe that your board will give my
concern and plea the attention and prioritization it deserves.
