This refers to the skin contact with the fabric,

HOLD COOL FABRIC

Hold Cool is a high thermal effusively fabric developed by

Sheng Ye Textile.
It was originally used in NASA's satellite heat dissipation.
This fabric can balance the body temperature, fast heat
dissipation and large area.

THERMAL EFFUSIVITY
aka. Thermal absorption coefficient (Ws½/m²K)

It describes the heat transfer between two different materials

when they are in contact with each other.

A fabric with a lower thermal effusivity feels warmer when touched,

and will slowly carry heat away from the body, then feels warmer.
On the contrary, the fabric with higher thermal effusivity will bring cooler feeling.
