Documentation - Scraping Travel and

Hospitality

Context
An event provider sent us a list of leads.
Here is the list:

You need to fill all the cells of this Google Sheet. So, according to the title and the company,
you should find the right person thanks to Linkedin tool. Then on the Google sheet, fill the cells
with the information we need (yellow cells)
- First Name
- Last Name
- CountryCode
- Language
- Email
- Account ID

To find first Name, Last Name, language and email


In order to find the right people, go to Linkedin:

On Linkedin:
1) I tape the name of the account and then one keyword
2) Then I select the country I am targeting, and the specific account

3) Then I replace the keyword by only “digital” or “customer experience” or “expérience


client” or “innovation”

4) Then, you can open in new blank tabs all the leads who seem interested
5) Then, you come back to Salesforce and you create the leads, following these guidelines
to ​Create a Lead in Salesforce​.

On Google:
1) You can find in Press Releases the right email format.

2) Select one of the suggested files


3) By scrolling, you will find in the end of the document that some contacts are available
and then, you have the email format.

On the account’s website:


1) You can tape the account you want and check how existing leads have been created in
the past.
To find CountryCode
Once you find the country where the lead lives, you look for the code of the country in
Salesforce.

To find AccountID
You should find the account ID in Salesforce.
Copy paste the name of the account in our Salesforce.
1) If the account exists, you should click and then find the ID
2) if the account doesn’t exist, you should create the account on Salesforce and copy paste the
ID
