Product Dell Latitude 3410 is an 10th Generation Intel Core notebook with a 14.00-inch
Description display that has a resolution of (FHD) 1920x1080 pixels. It is powered by a Core
i5/i7 quad-core processor integrated with the Intel UHD Graphics.

Identify Targeted After reviewing the models that are possible to be forecast, the Team have

 It is a newer model that comes equipped with 10 th Gen Intel CPU which is
more power efficient and uses the current technology DDR4 memory.
 3410 supports SATA & NVMe (M.2 2230 & M.2 2280) storage offerings which
can achieve a significantly faster storage system due to dual drive storage
configuration.

NPI team has assessed the above online reported issues related to performance,
but upon testing no such issues were found. For LCD, it was observed that LCD
screen issues such as major yellowish, white spot and burn mark were reflected on
the LCD panels for all three units Dell 3410 purchased and shall be change out via
new parts LCD procured.

 Supply Chain confirmed they are able to source the parts and machines for the

adhesion test, and the adhesion test passed positively
ageing test

 ChemLab (outsource team) has done chemical ageing test on Dell 3410
and the ageing test passed positively, original paint last more than 3

5. Prototype/  3 units of DELL LATITUDE 3410 have been deployed to internal staff
(Rekha, and Benny) since June & August.
Sample  3 units of DELL LATITUDE 3410 have been deployed to internal staff
Units (Donald, Reza, and Subadra) since October.
 Existing customers such like BOH PLANTATIONS SDN BHD have been
using 3410 since November 2023, product feedback will be surveyed in
nearest time

 Complete CSAT survey of internal staff for DELL 3410.

6. First  FAI has been completed.

 DELL 3410 has undergone PACKAGING TEST using NB bubble wrap.
Article  DELL 3410 has undergone DROP TEST and result were positive.
Inspecti  DELL 3410 has undergone all END TO END test and passed all test positively.
 All the test above were done by QC team cum packaging team with the
on (FAI) supervision of NPI.
 Drop test for Dell 3410 is to use the reference of Dell 7490 drop test.

7. Training

Conduct Internal training has been completed on 24/7/2023.
