In the next five years from 2024 to 2029, Juanita Balon Elementary School envisioned itself
to become a productive educational learning institution with socio - emotional, gender sensitive and
positive environment and ensure its learners equipped with quality education, knowledge, skills and
values which lead to global career competition.
We believe that high literacy instructions; the reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
which acquired knowledge by the learners are the key for the future success of learners in our
institution.
We urge to provide high quality literacy instruction thru the application of Differentiated and
Explicit instructions in every learning areas which learners develop their critical thinking skills and
arouse their high interest and fun in reading activity. Teaching personnel and staff shall equip of
training programs for professional development with the 21st teaching strategies and approaches to
make the delivery of literacy instruction is excellent to the interest of the learners, teachers, parents
and stakeholders.
