Confirmation letter of the position of Chairman

According to the co-operative act of Sri Lanka, our organisation is an organisation that obtains
money from its members and pays them back an interest and gives them loans.

We certify that Dr. Warnakulasooriya Champika Roshan Lowe has been working as the
Chairman of our Co-operative Society mentioned above since its inception till now.

Due to his personal dedication, loans are being given to the poor people in the area on
subsidized interest.

He has also invested money in our co-operative society under the membership number 001. A
certified copy of the certificate of deposit related to his amount invested in our Co-operative
Society is also attached herewith.

For his dedication and support, we have decided to offer him USD 800 as a support for his tour.
