Conclusion-
It is very clear from the chart dew point of air in attick area ( area between ceiling & slab of 2 mtr ht)is (73 deg F) & outer
surface temp. of panel is (68.9 deg F), it means heavy condensation will take place unless untill (73 deg F) brought down
to (68.9 deg F).
This can only be possible by ventilation & air movement in attick area.
