Contractual Agreement for Sale of Basmati Rice
RETAIL SALE AGREEMENT
This Retail Sale Agreement is entered into on 30th November,2023 between:
Surya Ration Shop
Shop No. 39, Sector 56,
Gurugram, Haryana
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Retailer")
and
Sikandar Catering Services
M-502, Block-M, Sector 49,
Gurugram, Haryana
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer")
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties
agree as follows:
1. Commodity and Quantity:
50 kilograms of basmati rice (henceforth referred to as the "Goods") are agreed to be sold by
the retailer and purchased by the customer.
2. Cost and Conditions of Payment:
The total amount that the consumer must pay the retailer for the goods is [Rs. 4700, Rs. 94 per
kg]. Full payment is due at the time the goods are delivered. All payments must be paid in cash
in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Transportation:
Delivering the goods to the consumer's address at M-502, Block-M, Sector 49, Gurugram is
the Retailer's responsibility. Throughout the delivery process, it will be the consumer's
responsibility to grant access and support as needed.
4. Quality Assurance:
The Retailer guarantees to the Customer that the Products are merchantable quality and
appropriate for the intended use.
5. Relevant Laws:
Republic of India law shall govern this Agreement and be followed in its interpretation. The
courts in Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any issues arising out of or
relating to this Agreement.
6. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any part of this Agreement
resulting from any cause outside of its control, whether due to negligence or other reasons, such
as government priorities, acts of God, actions of civil or military authority, labour strikes
or other disruptions in the workplace, labour or material shortages, fires, floods, or other natural
disasters.
7. Whole Agreement:
Regarding the subject matter hereof, this Agreement replaces all previous agreements, written
or oral, between the Parties and represents the whole understanding between them.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, as of November 30, 2023, the Parties hereto have completed this
Retail Sale Agreement.
