establishment of a Taekwondo club in your esteemed barangay, Gaggabutan. This proposal aims to
promote physical fitness, self-discipline, and community engagement among your residents,
especially our youth.

Taekwondo is a martial art that has gained worldwide recognition for its positive impact on
individuals and communities. By introducing a Taekwondo club in our barangay, led by our Regional
Director lan Buendia and Dedicated instructor Trixia Manera Sibbaluca, Along with their coaching
staffs

We aspire to provide the following benefits to our residents:

1. Physical Fitness: Taekwondo fosters physical well-being by promoting cardiovascular health,

strength, and flexibility.

2. Self-Discipline: This martial art instills discipline, respect, and self-control, which are valuable
life skills.

3. Community Building: The club will create a sense of unity and belonging among participants,
fostering camaraderie and cooperation.
 4. Youth Development: We aim to engage our youth in constructive and healthy activities, diverting
their focus from negative influences.

We have already gathered a group of experienced Taekwondo instructors who are willing to
volunteer their time and expertise for this initiative. lan Buendia and Trixia Manera Sibbaluca are
highly qualified and dedicated individuals who are committed to ensuring that the club operates in a
safe and organized manner, with an emphasis on character development and respect.

To get this club started, we kindly request the following support from the barangay:

1. Allocation of a suitable location for training sessions.

2. Assistance with permits and approvals required for club operations.
3. Access to information on any necessary safety and health guidelines.
4. Promotion and encouragement of residents to join the club.

We believe that the introduction of a Taekwondo club in Rizal Cagayan led by lan Buendia and
supported by Trixia Manera Sibbaluca, will contribute to the overall well-being of our community
