MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the present matter is pending adjudication before this

Hon’ble Court and is listed for next date of hearing on
21.06.2024.
2. That vide order dated 09.04.2024 the Hon’ble Court
directed the complainant to supply the copy of complaint
to the concerned Naib Court.
3. That it is submitted that the erstwhile clerk of the counsel
of plaintiff unfortunately expired due to which the pf was
 not filed. That only when new clerk was hired it was
discovered that inadvertently the PF has not been filed by
the previous clerk and due to his sudden demise this
factum was not in knowledge of the undersigned counsel.
4. That the delay was totally unintentional and only was due
to above said reason. Hence, the present application
5. That the present Application has been preferred on
abovementioned bonafide grounds and no prejudice would
be caused to the other party if the present Application is
allowed.
6. That on the other hand, great prejudice and damages that
can’t be compensated in terms of money would be caused
to the Complainant if the present Application is not
allowed.
PRAYER
In light of the aforementioned circumstances and facts, it is
humbly prayed by the Applicant that it may be pleased to
allow the present Application and thereby condone the delay
in filing PF

Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi-110085, does hereby solemnly affirm
and declare as under:
1. That I am the applicant/ complainant in the above captioned
application and as such fully conversant with the facts and
circumstances of the case, therefore, competent to swear this

in filing of PF has been drafted by my counsel under my
instructions, the contents of which have been read over to me
and have explained to me and have explained to me in my
