1. Design
Analyze the overall planning of the engineering project to
specifically understand customer needs. Further optimize
the design of Wiskind product application solution,
calculate product quantity .
6. Maintenance PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES
Wiskind has set up a professional aftersales service
department. Completed projects will be registered for
record, with regular follow-ups to understand product
usage and timely solve the problems found.
5. Guidance
Wiskind appoints a dedicated engineer to provide
professional onsite installation guidance for each project,
to ensure the compliance of product installation, while
coordinating and addressing the issues that might occur
on the construction site.

2. Contract
The optimized design plan of Wiskind is approved by the
customer or the constructor, and relevant business terms
are agreed upon. After both sides sign the supply
agreement, Wiskind makes preparation for production.
3. Manufacturing
Release production orders according to customer project
progress. Wiskind arranges production activity according
to order specs, quantity, technical requirements and
delivery date. Implement the seamless quality control
process from raw material purchase and production, to
inspection of final products.
4. Delivery
Wiskind works in collaboration with large-scale domestic
logistics companies, who are in possession of complete
vehicle models, with a transport network covering the
whole country. Standardized packing and loading
procedures ensure safe and efficient product delivery.
