CONTRACT FOR MUSIC CONDUCTOR IN PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT

MADE AND ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN:

Miss Evah Dikeledi Mahlaela, music conductor and music facilitator

AND

Ntšha-peu Primary School

This music contract shall be endorsed from 22nd April 2024 as agreed by both parties and
will end when music competitions circle is concluded for the above named school.

1. The conductor shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:

a. Provide music and direct the school choir as scheduled and shall prepare prescribed
music.

b. Communicate and consult with the school principal, deputy principal and teachers
responsible for music in the area of general planning and leadership of the school’s
music program.

c. Be permitted to use the facilities during rehearsal times and use of facilities must
be scheduled in advance through the office so as not to conflict with the needs of
the school.

d. Rehearsal days are weekdays from Monday until Thursday (or as the need arise)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the school choir from 14h00 till 15h30.

e. Attachments from the conductor are:

(i) Curriculum Vitae
(ii) ID copy
(iii) Banking details
2. The above named school, in consideration of the foregoing, agrees to the following
obligations and responsibilities:
(i) Compensation of services rendered shall be provided, payable at the agreed time.
(ii) Notify the conductor about all changes relating to school choir and music.
