Senior Hydraulic Surveyor in Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam had
indulged in criminal conspiracy and forgery of documents for acquiring property
illegally which was informed vide letter dated 17.09.2017 addressed to the Chief
Vigilance Officer, Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam for necessary action.

The closed relatives of Namala Parvathi Devi, Surveyor had told that, she
is having a tendency of suspicious nature succeeded in fraudulently obtained the job
as Surveyor as she passed Diploma in Civil Engineering in 2nd class and she never
worked anywhere after completion of diploma.

Namala Parvathi Devi is my father’s own younger sister had joined as

certificates, which is an act of illegally occupied the opportunity of deserving
candidate.

Namala Parvathi devi after passing 10th class she had joined in
Polytechnic, GPT for Women, Kakinada for Diploma in Civil Engineering in the year
1992. In the year 1993 she was attacked by Tuberculosis disease managed 2nd year
with meager attendance. In the year 1993 she applied for transfer to Visakhapatnam
Govt. Polytechnic on the grounds of ill health as the native of Namala Parvathi Devi is
Gnanapuram, Visakhapatnam. In the year 1994 she passed Diploma in Civil
Engineering in 2nd class with much stress as she was suffering from Tuberculosis.

After completion of Diploma in Civil Engineering she was at rest at home

as she became lean and unable to lead normal life for two years. There after she was
married to Neelagiri Sanyasi Rao who was son of retired Visakhapatnam Port
employee Neelagiri Narayana was vouluntarily retired by producing unfit for service

her marriage life happily without working anywhere till 2008 gave birth to two

children of who were retired on medical grounds and declared no vacancies for
compassionate appointments in the year 2007, hence missed the chance of getting
job in Port Trust by Neelagiri Sanyasi Rao who is husband to Namala Parvati Devi.

By the time Namala Parvathi Devi felt frustration and feared that, she
was attaining the age of 32 years loosing employement opportunities. Hence, she
started running from pillar to post to get a job as her husband Neelagiri Sanyasi Rao
is 10th class failed candidate could not get any government job. In the year 2007 she
tried for job in APSRTC for Bus Conductor Post but not selected due to shortage of
height. Afterwards she tried her level and best with some influenced persons to get
the job in Dredging Corporation of India Ltd., Visakhapatnam by producing forged
experienced certificates and thereafter got promotion as Senior Hydraulic Surveyor
within a short span of 6 years with inadequate knowledge.
