LICENCE AGREEMENT

Your right to use this software program is subject to the terms set out in this
licence agreement. Reference to 'the program' means the CONVERT123 software. Please
read this agreement carefully before using the software. Accessing the Program
signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement then you should not
proceed further, and you should exit the registration process now.

1. Limited Warranty
Although every care has been taken to ensure correct operation, no warranty can be
given or implied for the results obtained. The customer should check output results
against other reference sources where results are used as part of a 'critical'
application. Should the program malfunction for any reason whatsoever neither
PipeFlow.co.uk, Daxesoft Ltd nor the Distributor (or owner of a customised version
of this software) shall be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. You
hereby acknowledge that the allocation of risk in this Agreement reflects the price
paid for the Program, and that the limit of liability will be restricted to this
sum.

2. Grant of Licence
The user of the software is granted a non-exclusive right (the "Licence") to run
the software as permitted by this Agreement. Under the terms of this licence YOU
ARE PERMITTED TO:
(i) Use the Program on a computer to perform conversion calculations.
(ii) If you purchased a bespoke branded version of this program then you are free
to distribute that version of the program for promotional purchases (you are NOT
permitted to charge a fee for provision of the software to a third party and nor
are you permitted to sell the program on under any circumstances).

This Licence constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to
the Program and its use. The terms and conditions of this Licence will be governed
and construed in accordance with English law, and any dispute arising under this
Agreement or in connection with the Program shall be submitted to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts.
