First part. Written project.

1.Why is the sun important in our lives?

2.What does the title of the story mean? Is it an effective title?

Write down another title you may give this story, justify your
choice.

3.a. During the early years of space study and exploration, it was
thought that Venus could be a planet upon which human beings
could someday create a colony from Earth, because initial
perceptions of its atmosphere suggested it may be a “twin” to
Earth. Find out what discoveries eliminated this possibility. What
aspects of the climate of Venus make it completely uninhabitable
by life as we know it?

3.b. Explore and describe the climates of the other planets of the
solar system and say which, if any, might be considered
possibilities for future communities.
