Electric Actuator for Quarter-turn Valves

For Output Torques to 15,100 lb.in.

Features and Benefits

• Permanently lubricated self-locking
gear train eliminates the need for
motor brakes.
• Standard manual override does not
require use of levers or latches.
• Mechanical travel stops adjustable
to 15 degrees in both directions for
precise adjustment to valve travel
requirements.
• Available in NEMA 4X or NEMA 7
enclosures with Factory Mutual, UL
or CSA approvals.
• UL recognized motor with thermal
overload devices in motor windings
protects the motor should overheating
occur.
• Dynamometer calibrated torque
switches available in units with 600
lb.in. or more output torque eliminate
requirement for field calibration.
• Epoxy coated aluminum housings
permit service in aggressive environ-
ments. Explosion-proof versions utilize
zinc-aluminum alloy for maximum
enclosure integrity. (Ductile iron hous-
ings also available.)
• Visual mechanical position indicator
for accurate visual reference of valve
position.
• Exclusive K-CAM limit switch cams Optional Temperature: -40°F to 120°F
allow for simple and convenient travel (-40°C to 49°C)
adjustment. Output torque: Up to 15,100 lb.in.
• Direct mounting to Keystone valves or (1706 Nm)
readily adaptable to other quarter-turn Voltage:
