1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the
State-respondent and perused the material placed on record.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the
impugned F.I.R. dated 3.1.2024, in Case Crime No. 04 of 2024,
under section 409 I.P.C., Police Station- Nawabad, District- Jhansi.

3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the

petitioner has been falsely implicated under Section 409 IPC,
when he is private employee of the Bank. The FIR has been lodged
by the Manager of the Bank. The main allegations are against
Vinod Rai, who is being sought to be protected by implicating the
petitioner falsely in present case.

4. Matter requires consideration.

5. Issue notice to respondent No.4, returnable after four weeks.

6. Steps be taken within a week.

7. List this case after six weeks, before the appropriate Bench.

8. Till the next date of listing or till submission of police report

under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., whichever is earlier, the respondents
are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the
aforesaid FIR subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
