We act on behalf of Mr. A. Rajini Kumar, holds the domain name

“Neulnvest.com” having office at F2, Plot no 12, Esther garden 2nd street,
(Mohan Nagar) Madambakkam, Chennai – 600 126, Tamilnadu, India and
we hereby express our intention against the acceptance/registration of the
trademark ‘NEUINVEST’ vide trademark application no. 5326905 dated
12/02/2022. The Details of the Application is mentioned below.,

We rely and in the following circumstances, we submit that our client, Mr.
Rajini Kumar is the true and bonafide proprietor of the "Neulnvest.com",
since March 2022. Nevertheless, the domain “Neulnvest.com” is been in
use since 30/05/2018 and the licensing rights was transferred recently on
March 2022.

We submit that the applicant’s trademark ‘NeuInvest’ in application no.

5326905 under Class 99 is identical to our client’s reputed Domain
name.

Further, this present application seeking the registration for the Brand
NEUINVEST is against the well-established principles of the Trademark Act.
On being contrary to the provisions of the Trademark Act and Rules, the
present application should be refused in limine.

Hence, we hereby request the registry to refuse application no.

5326905 in Class 99 for being contrary to the Trademarks Act, 1999.
