GPP's Advanced Product Quality Planning team has considered the following questions. The customer's drawings
and/or specifications provided have been used as a basis for analyzing our ability to meet all customer specified
requirements.

Is product adequately defined for manufacturing and/or assembly to enable feasibility
evaluation?
Is there adequate capacity to produce product to meet customer expectations?
Are there any applicable product safety, regulatory or statutory requirements?
Is outside processing required? Is it readily available from an approved source?
Have components (PIA) requirements been identified?
Are customer-specific requirements identified and able to be met?
Are special characteristics identified on the design records?
Can Engineering specifications be met as written?
Can product be manufactured to tolerances specified on the drawing?
Are the processes in control and stable?
Will the product be manufactured without incurring any issues?
Is capital funding required?
Have tooling and gage requirements been evaluated?
Are there risks to be mitigated that require error proofing?
Does product or process require uncommon packaging, ergonomic requirements or product
handling?
Is the quality planning team's approach consistent with IATF 8.3.3.2 criteria?
