ACT OF DONATION

At the request of Ms. Victorine KUMASSI born May 12, 1965 in Saint-Etienne, economic
operator registered in the official journal at number JO-VK 595292, residing in lot 12 Villa 147
in Saint-Étienne, to which to donate the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND
EUROS (€830,000) to Mr. Gonzàlez Ramos ANGEL designated here as the legal
beneficiary.
The donor definitively divests herself of the property and cannot by her own will take back
what she gave, nor any recourse from her loved ones because the donor does not have
children which means that we have no not disinherit his children for the benefit of third
parties.
Unlike a will which can be revoked at any time, a donation is irrevocable.
Thus I notify Mr. Gonzàlez Ramos ANGEL Resident in Call 1ra de Rojas no.540 / 3ra y
4ta Rpto Venceremos Santiago de Cuba Bana that by this will, my applicant signifies to
him in accordance with article 4 of Law 77-995 regulating donations and the following various
articles: 931,932, 943, 944,953; 960; 1076 of the civil code. From this day, April 24, 2024 and
after certificate from the Paris Court of First Instances, that he has full power to use this act
of donation which means that he is the new holder of the sum EIGHT HUNDRED AND
THIRTY THOUSAND EUROS (€830,000) to BANQUE SOCIETE GENERALE.
My applicant undertakes to respond through his Notary Georges-Emmanuel GERMANY to
all eventualities, the questions arise due to his degrading state of health, in a word that I play
the role of facilitator in this transaction.
I certify that the information provided from this document is valid and authentic, in faith
whereof I issue
This deed of donation to serve and assert what is right.
