Application on DAS When capturing new account applications on DAS, please ensure all the customer’s personal information is captured as accurately as possible.
Failure to do so will result in a drawn-out application process and an unhappy
customer.
When completing the customer’s info on DAS, please ensure
you have:
1. Captured the customer’s contact details 100% accurately
2. Double checked the customer’s personal information 3. Completed ALL the fields 4. Captured the customer’s email address as this may be used to request bank statements or payslips from the customer during the application process.
Following steps 1-4, will ensure the customer’s account application is
processed over a shorter period of time and will therefore provide a better customer experience.
