1. Wstęp
fundamentalnie.
Narzędzie badawcze, uzupełnione o zmienne deskryptywne, rozdystrybuowano
wśród specj alistów z zakresu zarządzania proj ektami. W rezultacie gromadzenia
materiah1 empirycznego podj ęte wysiłki pozwoliły dotrzeć do grupy liczącej łącznie
1 8 5 respondentów. Wśród nich główną grupę stanowili słuchacze studiów podyplo
mowych Szkoły Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie.
Otrzymana próba ma charakter próby celowej . Ze względu na specyfikę działal
ności projektowej , ograniczoną skalę i zakres działania organizacj i fachowych oraz
brak operatu będącego podstawą do przeprowadzenia losowania nie było możliwe
spełnienie warunków dotyczących j ej reprezentatywności. Należy mieć zatem na
uwadze f01malny brak reprezentatywności próby. Mimo to, w opinii autora, można
na b azie uzyskanej próby obserwować zj awiska i wysuwać ostrożne wnioski doty
czące całej populacj i .
Uzyskany materiał badawczy umożliwił przystąpienie do prac analitycznych do
tyczących weryfikacj i j akości danych oraz opracowania syntetycznego wskaźnika
zmienności planów proj ektu. Wskaźnik ten zostanie w dalszych krokach wykorzy
stany do weryfikacj i hipotez badawczych.
Ze względu na fakt, iż uwzględnione w narzędziu badawczym pytania miały
łącznie mierzyć badane zj awisko, w celu weryfikacj i j akości danych zastosowano

jektowania skali rzetelnej opisaną w literaturze fachowej z zakresu metodologii ba
dań naukowych [Statsoft 20 1 5] .
Analizę rzetelności skali przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem współczynnika Alfa
Cronbacha. Dla pelnej listy 2 8 mierników cząstkowych wartość współczynnika wy
niosła 0,95 3 . Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała także, iż modyfikacj a listy mierni
ków, przez usunięcie któregokolwiek w nich, nie wpływa na poprawę wartości mier-

Planowanie uznawane jest za jedną z najważniejszych funkcji zarządzani a . W przypadku zło-żonych i unikalnych przedsięwzięć zadanie planistów staje
się jeszcze trudniejsze, niż w przy-padku planowania powtarzalnej działalności organizacji . Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników
badań empirycznych prowadzonych w zakresie zmienności i trwało-ki planów przedsięwzięć projektowych. W badaniach posłużono się metodą
kwestionariu-szową, skierowaną do grona 185 specjalistów zarządzania projektami oceniających pod tym względem ostatni zakończony przez siebie
Streszczenie projekt. Analiza wykazała, iż podczas realizacji pro-jektów najwięcej zmian dotyczy czasu trwania zadań cząstkowych, ksztaltu harmonogramu oraz
wymaganych zasobów, jak również, iż projektom o charakterze „miękkim" towarzyszy większa trwałość planów projektów, niż tzw. projektom
„twardym". Wraz z rozszerzaniem za-sięgu projektu rośnie poziom zmienności planowanej struktury zespołu projektowego, planu etapu planowania
projektu oraz planowanych zasobów projektu. Dodatkowo wykazano, iż wpływ na poziom zmienności planów projektów ma także stopień ich
złożoności.
