Question:

How are built-in appliances to be tested?

Decision:

Sub-clauses 4.10 and 8.1 (the explanation) shall be followed. However, if the manufacturer's
instruction does not ensure the safety of the appliance, the tests have to be carried out before
the appliance is built in, e.g. the tests of 20.2, 27.1 and 30.1.
