 Welcome to myPhD Questionnaire survey

Dear Participant,

I invite you to participate in a research study entitled “An Impact of Physical,

Psychological & Environmental Factors on Job Satisfaction of Supporting Employees in
Selected Universities of Rajasthan” by actively participating in the survey. I am currently
enrolled in the PhD Program at IASE (deemed to be University), Sardarshahar.
The purpose of the research is to find out the impact of physical, psychological &
environmental factors on job satisfaction of supporting employees of selected
Universities of Rajasthan.
Importance of Proposed Research work:
India is a labour oriented developing country. There are many sectors, which are
enriching our economy. Among those sectors, education sector is very important.
Education sector is one of the important pillars on which rests the future of our country.
The more strong the education system, the better shall be the standard of education and
thereby producing students with high caliber in all fields be technical, medical,
commerce, science, arts, music, education or traditional.
Universities spend a considerable amount from their budgets every year for their
employees’ benefits and services. It is most important for the organizations to understand
those factors which may improve its employee satisfaction where in carrying out an
empirical study about physical, psychological and environmental factors affecting job
satisfaction level of supporting employees will make it easy for the management to
understand those factors which they must be more focused on for increasing the job

satisfaction level of its employees, thereby enhancing the organizational performance and
achieve organization goals.
Your participation in this research project is completely voluntary. Your responses will
remain confidential and anonymous. Data from this research will be reported only as a
collective combined total. If you agree to participate in this project, Please answer the
questions at your best. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
