Sub: Request to provide accommodation for an intern in Ladies Hostel.

Dear Sir,

Two interns from the B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology,
Chennai, Ms. Nithya Sree D and Ms. Srija R, will be working in our lab from June 1, 2024, to
June 30, 2024, for a one-month internship. Since their stay is brief, it is difficult for them to
locate lodging outside of the institute. Therefore, depending on availability, I humbly ask for
your assistance in arranging hostel accommodations. The interns will cover the costs of their
stay's expenditures, and your help in making this arrangement possible would be greatly
appreciated.
