This is to certify that the decedent of the parcel of land situated in Purok
Kulo, Merryland, Buenavista, Bohol with a Title No. 119874 has no will and
testament and only have 10 legitimate child. The decedent left no debts and
there is no creditor files a petition for the letters of administration within two
(2) years after the death of the decedent. In the rules of intestate succession,
the legal heirs of decedent are solely his legitimate children.

This certifies further that Mrs. Laurencia Hagutin Añasco is one and
among the heirs of the aforementioned parcel of land declared in the name of
Saturnino Hagutin covered under Tax declaration No. 11092 with an area of
more or less 10,000sq.m.

This certification is issued to Mrs. Laurencia H. Añascoupon her

request for whatever legal purposes serve her best.
