PROJECT TITLE: Improvement of Infanta Slaughter House

LOCATION: Brgy. Patima, Infanta, Pangasinan

TECHNICAL S P E C I F I C A T I O N S

1. PROJECT BILLBOARD
A. For the information and guidance of the public about the on-going projects.
B. Standard size of 8ft x 8ft tarpaulin with white background printed all major details
about the project.

2. DISMANTLING WORKS
A. This work shall consist of the removal and demolition of structures to be replace and
repair.

3. MASONRY WORK
A. Cement for the concrete shall conform to the requirements of specifications for Portland
Cement (ASTM C-150).
B. Coarse aggregates and fine aggregates shall consist of a hard, durable, clean, uncoated of
any impurities and of good quality. The shape of the particles shall be generally rounded
and reasonably free from the elongated particles.
C. Proportioning of concrete shall conform to A.S.T.M. standard. Concrete shall have
consistency that will be workable in the required position. It shall be of such consistency
that it will flow around the reinforcing steel.

4. ROOFING AND GALVANIZED IRON WORK


The sheets herein specified are galvanized sheets U.S.G. No. 26 and approved brand and
quality. Each coarse shall start in such a manner that the vertical joints are broken. Top sheets
shall be laid lap at least two and one –half corrugation the upper end of each sheet laid shall
be accurately nailed to the purlins with one 8-D G.I. nail on top of every second corrugation.

5 . ELECTRICAL WORKS
A. The electrical wiring installation of the building shall be limited and, done in accordance
in all respect to the standards of the latest edition of the Philippine National Electric Code
and to the safety rules and regulations of the loyalty and those of the public utility company
which supplies the power.
B. All electrical materials, fittings and fixtures used shall be of good quality approved by the
supervising electrical engineer.

6. CLEANING UP AND ACCEPTANCE


Upon completion of the all works covered, it is the duty of the contractor to remove and clean
all surface including the surroundings from paints and spots, dirt and other unsightly objects. All
finished shall be inspected and approved by the engineer. Any portion of the work found not in
conformity to standards shall be removed and or repaired at no extra cost before the final turn over of
the building to the owner.

7. FIRE PROTECTION, FIRE CODE

All provisions of P.D. 1185, its rules and regulations shall be complied with.
