Dear John, hope you are well; I inform you of the information we need for the process to progress:

 We need the name of the Association.


 We need you to tell us which will be the legal address of the Association (it could be my
office or any place you want, but you must have in mind that all the notifications would be
in this address)
 We need you to tell us who will be the legal/legals representantive/ representantives of
the Association (Very Important: Only could be mexicans)
 We need you to tell us who will be the associates; what do they need for being an
associate (By example: in the catholic church only could be Associates men of legal age,
baptized in the Catholic Church, who freely request and are admitted to temporary or
perpetual profession; and describe how they lose that character)
 We need you to tell us who will be part of the government of the Association (By
example: a provincial minister, a secretary, a provincial vicar, an economical)
 We need you to tell us who will be your ministers of worship, if they are mexicans and in
case they aren’t , we need that you inform us if they have permission to serve as minister
in worship.
 We need the deed of sale for prove the address and legal status of the real state.
 We need an official indentification of the owner of the real state.
 We need an official identification, birth act , and CURP of the Associates, the ministers of
worship, the members of the Government of the Association and from the legal o legals
representative/s.
 We also need to notarize the existence of the religious order, this procedere is carried out
before a Notary with witnesses, mentioning the place where the meetings are held and
mentioning that they have been there for five years (the law says this, must have been 5
years for be able to register), that before the purchase of the real state was made
elsewhere.
