Cara menjaga kesehatan (Tips keep health)

Menjaga kesehatan tubuh(maintaining a healthy body)

The body or body is a part of the physical material of humans or


animals that can be contrasted with spirit, nature, and behavior. The
body is physical that must be maintained properly and correctly so as
not to contain disease. Therefor we must guard it.

The steps to take care of the body are as follows:

First, the consumption of vegetables (especially those containing


green vegetables) combined with vegetables that contain nutriens
that can protect the body from various diseases.

Second, walk daily for at least 30 minutes discussing a healthy


lifestyle, so you should consider getting some benefits, such as
reducing cholesterol, preventing type 2 diabetes, losing weight,
reducing the risk of asthma, and stroke.

Third, permanent brushing your teeth that can be avoided from


damage. However, rarely know the cause of tooth decay can be an
indicator of the causes of heart disease and stroke.

Fourth, give for of food that can be done. If you order the food you
eat, you will get a higher amount.

Fifth, adequate rest in one of the benefist that you feel with the
return of the freshness of the body when tired of activities all day.
Not just a routine, sleep is a person’s need, because now someone is
resting because of the various burdens of activity. Adequate rest has
more or less the same virtues for body health, such as increasing
endurance, time for toxins, launching digestion, optimizing the ability
of the brain, and removing black eye bags.

Sixth, washing hands regularly with every meal using soap, will
reduce the amount of bacteria and farmful substances that will enter
the body.

Seventh, healthy living can prevent various illnesses from coming,


and you will get better each time you meet. In addition, healthy living
can help you fight various diseases that may be against you at any
time.

YOGYAKARTA

Orientation

That day way August 16, 2016. A week before that they I had been
preparing everything. Then, at that day I was ready for my holiday.

At 9 in the morning, I when to the station. The train would arrive at


10 a.m. it look 30 minute walking from my home to the station. At
that station, I bought the ticket to go to Yogyakarta.
Event

At first, I It look around in tugu station Yogyakarta at 3.15 pm. I had


fix idea about the pleace at which I would visit. So, I was free to do
anything in this city.

went walking around at Malioboro Street. I saw so many people in


this street. Perhaps, they did the same thing as I did, just walking and
sometimes stopped at some street merchandise sellers a long that
road.

At 6 p.m, I was tired and hungry. I was at Alun-Alun Kidul, the south
side of Yogyakarta palace.

I looked around and fine Angkringan, at that place I ordered for a


glass of ice tea and ate some Sego kucing with Sate and also
Gorengan.

After eating, I began to think of where I would get the cheap hotel to
stay for several days in Yogyakarta.

Reorientation

That was my story which I always remember about my holiday at


Yogyakarta.
3. Text deskriptif

A healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle that takes into account all aspects of


health conditions. Starting from food, drinks, nutrients consumed
and our daily care. Both in sports routines which of course will affect
health conditions and will also prevent everything that can be a
cause of disease for our bodies.

Health is the dream of all of us. To live a healthy life will definitely
run a routine activity with attention to a healthy lifestyle. Wealth
physically and mentally will not exist if we are still trapped in
conditions or difficulties because it is a viral disease because of
behavior that does not pray attention to the condition of the body.

Healthy lifestyle is always associated with healthy food factors and


away from unhealthy food patterns that cause our days to be gloomy
due to illness.

Apart from the aspect of healthy food that is also nutritions one
thing that we should not forget is the requirements agreed by being
fit whit regular exercise and avoiding body fatigue which makes us
stressed.

By always paying attention to a healthy lifestyle, we are always in a


healthy condition. Can conclude this life with full meaning with
family or environment around us.
