The FairFuelUK Campaign Rumbles on...

As supporters of the FairFuelUK campaign, BAR watched with interest when the fuel price issue was debated in Parliament on Tuesday 15 November. The discussion was triggered because the FairFuelUK epetition reached over 100,000 signatures. MPs for all Parties made impassioned pleas on behalf of their constituents to reduce fuel duty next year. The people have spoken; Parliament has listened; now it is time for Government to act. For more information, please visit the FairFuelUK website: www.fairfueluk.com and look out for updates in Removals & Storage.

A Sad Farewell to an Industry Friend

We regret to inform you of the death of Peter Middup, Publisher of Premises & Facilities Management magazine, a prominent title within the FM industry and the Commercial Moving market. Peter was a great supporter of the CMG and attended many BAR Conferences to deliver the results of PFMs Moving Trend Survey. Peter sadly passed away whilst on holiday in Wales with his wife on 16 November 2011. Peter was a charismatic and hugely popular individual within the industry. He will be missed by all who knew him.
