(4) NAMES OF STUDENTS SHLULD BE TYPED. and so on supplied by the University/Board and the
)Name of such students who are already registered with this University Certificate issued to the students
must not be included.

(7) In case of students having passed their lower exams from the Universities
Other than Pakistan approval of the Univeritrty (Registrar) must be obtained and
Authority, No and date may be stated in the Remarks Column, Simply Registration
return will not serve the purpose
(8) After submission of Registration Return no Correction in name / percentage
will be made without Payment of fee even if the same is due to oversight typographical mistake.
