WE PARENTS NEED CLARIFICATION ABOUT FOLLOWING MATTERS

1. WHY NO CCTV AT SCHOOL ?

Clarification: We want install CCTV Camera, However school is facing
financial crises.

2. WHY NO PERSONNEL SECURITY AT SCHOOL BUILDING ?

Clarification: In a financial crises situation we did not want to have a
personnel security as his salary will be an additional overhead.
However to compensate this issue there are 8 people sitting at the
gate. 3 nannies are on the corridor. So without security personnel
there is good security for the children.

3. WHY SOME CLASSROOMS DON’T EVEN HAVE DOORS ?

Clarification: Yes they were no having doors, however now they have
been installed.

4. WHY SCHOOL DON’T HAVE PROPER FENCING ?

Clarification: School does not have fencing but a proper compound
wall. However a small portion is open in the rear side, which will be
covered shortly.

5. WHY NO EXTERNAL PLASTER OF SCHOOL BUILDING ?

Clarification: it was decided to do external plastering along with the
above two floors. External plastering does not affect the learning of
children. The interiors are completely done.

6. DOES SCHOOL HAVE FIRE SAFTEY EQUIPMENTS INSTALLED ?

Clarification: Yes the school has fire safety installed as per the norms
of the fire department.
7. WHY SCHOOL DON’T HAVE PAVERED PLAYGROUND ?
Clarifications: We don’t want to have a paved playground. However
we want to lay SPORTS TURF, which needs a big budget.

8. DOES SCHOOL BUILDING AT HARIPAR PAL HAVE GOT OCCUPANCY

CERTIFICATE (OC)/COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM RMC OR RUDA
OR ANY AUTHORIZE AUTHORITY ?

Clarification: Yes we have applied and as it is an ongoing process OC

will take time.

9. DOES SCHOOL BUILDING HAVE APPROVAL FROM GOVERNMENT

(DEO) TO RUN SCHOOL AT NEW BUILDING ?

Clarification: We have applied for transfer of SNSD SCHOOL in the

month of 21.05.2022. However no one has come from DEO office for
inspection, nor the file has moved an inch. And again on 01.08.2022
we have written to the DEO stating that SNSD School is functioning
from the New Premises. DEO office is aware. But no formal
permission yet received.

10. WHEN SCHOOL WILL RECEIVE CISCE BOARD APPROVAL AND

AFFILIATION ?

Clarification: It is difficult to give a DATE. However we have started

the NOC request process with state government. Once we receive the
NOC, we will apply for CISCE Affiliation.

11. CURRENTLY SCHOOL HAVE AFFILIATION UNDER WHICH BOARD ?

Clarification: GSEB
12. WHY NO BUS ATTENDANT IN SCHOOL BUSES?

Clarification: As we don’t want to increase our overhead as school is

running in LOSS since the last 3 years, including the current year.
However we have planned in such a way that there are teachers in
the Bus and all our drivers are senior citizens, your kids are safe in the
bus. We will shortly give what all was promised.

13. WHY SUDDEN RAISE IN SCHOOL BUS FEES?

As you know SNSD School has introduced transportation for the first
time. We were unable to have a clear costing. In order to curtail our
loss, we have to raise the transportation fees. However as always we
are very considerate with parents, we raised in the 2nd quarter,
requesting to pay Rs.12500. The 1st quarter loss is already born by the
school.

14. HOW MANY STUDENTS CURRENTLY IN SCHOOL ?

Clarification: We are not supposed to disclose this information even if
we receive a RTE application.

15. HOW MANY STUDENTS CURRENTLY UNDER RTE ADMISSIONS ?

Clarification: We are not supposed to disclose this information even if
we receive a RTE application.

16. WHERE IS THE LIST OF RTE STUDENTS IN EACH CLASS ?

Clarification: We are not supposed to disclose this information even if
we receive a RTE application.
17. WHY SCHOOL TIMINGS HAS BEEN REDUCED ?
Clarification: School time is reduced; however there is no compromise
on the quality of education. There is travel time now and we are
unable to extend the time without a canteen. Shortly the school time
will be extended.

18. WHY NO MESS STARTED YET ?

Clarification: Financial constrain

19. WHY NO GAMES & OTHER ACTIVITIES PERIODS HAS NOT BEEN
COMMENCED ?
Clarification: Games are conducted in the playground. We do many
activities.

20. MANAGEMENT HAS PROMISED FOR MULTI STORY FULL FLEDGED

BUILDING AT HARIPAR PAL, DOES ALL THOSE PROMISED FULFILLED ?
Clarification: No all the promises are not fulfilled. However some are
fulfilled. The Management has no intentions not to fulfill the
promises. I wish to give my school children all the facilities tomorrow.
Only one thing is stopping me is finance.

21. WHY SCHOOL BUILDING DON’T HAVE PROPER SIGN BOARD ?

Clarification: There are other priority expenses.

22. WHY NO ELECTRICITY GENERATOR AT SCHOOL ?

Clarification: Generator was not promised. However if we have
enough finance, will set up that too.

23. WHY SCHOOL BUILDING LOOKS LIKE UNDER CONSTRUCTION SITE ?

Clarification: Because we are yet to construct 5 more floors. It will
look under construction until all the floors are not completed.
WE PARENTS CURRENTLY PAYING 51000 AS SCHOOL FEES PLUS 19000
BUS FEES. TOTAL 70000 (VIZ MUCH HIGHER THAN OTHER SCHOOLS)

Thank You for paying Rs.51000 as school fees and paying Rs.25000 as
bus fees. I don’t know with which school you are comparing. Please
check the fees with ICSE schools in Rajkot, as we are teaching ICSE
Syllabus.

Rs.51000 (Fifty one thousand was decided before COVID-19.) Two

years passed in COVID -19. Still after 2 years the fees was kept the
same. If we count 2 years fees hike of 10% per annum the current fees
has to be Rs. 61710. Instead you are paying Rs. 51000 only. Kindly
check the fees structure of ICSE school in Rajkot and also outside
Rajkot.

Fees is charged for teaching. Facilities are add ons. If there is a

problem with teaching. Please report.

WITH THIS MUCH COST PER ANNUM, DOES MANAGEMENT PROVIDES

THE BASIC & REQUIRED FACILITIES TO RUN A SCHOOL ?

Please don’t compare just one year. Of course you will compare only
one year as your kids are in Grade -1. This was the only ICSE School in
Rajkot that was teaching for Rs. 30000+++ Fees. You think Rs.51000 is
too much you are mistaken.

Yes basic facilities are given 600 Sq.ft classroom. Fan, lighting, proper
ventilation, white board, smart board, drinking water, clean and
hygienic sanitation, two teachers in the class & playground.

WHY RISE IN BUS FEES SUDDENLY ? WHY FORMULA TO DECIDE THE

SCHOOL BUS FEES HAS BEEN CHANGED SUDDENLY ?

MANAGEMENT MUST SERIOUSLY THINK AND ANSWER ABOVE

STATED MATTERS.

Management (BABA M JOSHI) has given his life for the school, since
the last 11 years dedicated my life for the school. Never ran SNSD
SCHOOL with profit intention. Management is thinking 24 hours a day
about the school.

WE HAVE SELECTED SNSD SCHOOL ON BASIS OF VERBAL PROMISES

MADE BY MANAGEMENT FOR VERY GOOD EDUCATION, NEW FULL
FLEDGED SCHOOL BUILDING CAMPUS AND AFFILIATION FROM CISCE.

Please try to understand ROME was not built in day.

If you want it to be built in a day, we need a lot of money (Crores of

Rupees) And one who invest crores of rupees will not charge just
Rs.51000 as fees the fees will be around 1.25 to 2 Lacs.

You as parent of SNSD have all the clarifications with you to above
questions you have asked. Still you want clarification from the
Management. I have obliged to your demand.

I humbly request parents instead of asking questions, please help the

school to grow by giving new admission, If you have surplus fund
please lend to the school as loan.
