Dear Parents,

Greetings from MVC Academy!

The Academy Chamber Singers, the Official Junior High School Singing Group of Mountain View College
(Academy Department), will have its Church Visitation on April 12 - 14, 2024. The said activity aims (a) to
promote Adventist education in our local churches and through the Hope Channel South Philippines, (b) to
maximize God-given talents through the music ministry; and (c) to visit and fellowship with our fellow church
members.

The group will hold a sacred concert on the following venues with its schedule:
April 12 (7 PM) Bulua SDA Central Church
April 13 (6 AM) Panimbaya sa Kabuntagon World – Hope Channel South Philippines
April 13(10 AM) Hour of Worship | Hope Channel South Philippines (Recorded)
April 13 (3 PM) Sacred Concert | Tibanga SDA Church

We are happy to inform you that your child is chosen to participate in the said activity. The group will depart on
April 12 (Friday), 6 AM, and will be back on April 14 (Sunday) afternoon.

The school will subsidize a part of the transportation and meal expenses. We are also blessed to have generous
local church members who will sponsor some meals. Please extend your support by sponsoring a part of the
transportation expenses as well as the meal expenses of your child.

Should you allow your child to participate in the said program, please fill out the consent form, pay the Php
700.00 contribution to the cashier under the TF Academy Ministerial Seminar Fund, and hand the consent
form together with the receipt of payment to Ma’am Emalyn Tabaranza, Academy Chamber Singers Director. For

will also hold a meeting for all Academy Chamber Singers parents on Wednesday, April 3, 4:30 PM, via Zoom.
