Job Summary:
The trainer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of game presenters' and other operational staff
members' training. They will update, prepare, and execute training as required. The trainer's obligations
during the training phase will include keeping track of attendance and collaborating with management to
resolve any issues related to disciplinary action.
Train new employees and help them gain practical skills and comprehension of theoretical
aspects
To provide re-training sessions with existing employees for skill improvement or introduction of
new games
To prepare and update the training materials/sessions and take full responsibilities to quality and
content
Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees
Assist in the continuing development of the training
Monitor and review the progress of new employees during the training program and ensure that
they are performing job responsibilities according to training
Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such
changes on the training program to your manager
Attend meeting, re-trainings and improve the quality of work when necessary
Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees
To create and schedule in new training groups
To attend and assess the trainee’s examination
To fill in training documents and reports
To coordinate and hold re-training sessions in order to improve the quality of work
To work closely with the office manager in regard to uniform orders, inventory and related
paperwork
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Reportorial Requirement:
Based on agreed reports to be submitted to the Operations Manager and Department Head.
Working Conditions:
The Trainer is required to work in an office-based environment. Alternative work arrangements, such as
changes to schedules or locations of work, shall be on a case-by-case basis and only when the need arises,
but not limited to the possible face-to-face requirement of the company.
The above listed specific duties and responsibilities maybe reviewed annually or in accordance with the
Company policy. Changes, deletion or addition of specific tasks shall be made in written notice and shall
be discuss prior to endorsing for approval.
