SPECIAL CONDITIONS:-
1. The quantities shown in schedule of quantities are meant to give the quotationer an idea or quantum of work approved.
2. In-charge of Work will be SSE/Signal/In-charge/Rewari.
3. Completion period of work will be 60 days from issue of acceptance letter.
4. 2% Income Tax with surcharge applicable will be recovered from the bill after completion of work.
5. The rate quoted by the quotationer shall include the cost of all material, labour, Taxes, octroi etc. complete. Nothing
extra shall be paid for work done.
6. All Tools & plants shall be arranged by the contractor at his own expenses and no extra payment shall be made for any
type of expenses.
7. General condition of contract of NWR will be applicable.
8. The contractor shall be fully responsible for safety of his labour during execution of work.
9. Cess & drinking water charges will be recovered as per rules.
10. The Payment shall be made by RTGS.
11. Sr. DSTE/JP Jaipur reserve rights for cancellation or rejection of quotation without any notice.
