LEARNING OUTCOMES

• After the completion of this paper student will be able to understand the basic sociological concepts
important for social work profession.
• After the completion of this paper student will be able to understand the complex networking of social
relationships and factors influencing social behaviors.
• After the completion of this paper student will be able to develop insight into the social institutions and
their importance in social functioning.
• After the completion of this paper student will be able to develop understanding regarding relationship
between sociology and social work.
ASSESSMENT SCHEME-
The total marks of each course will content 70 marks from external evaluation/semester end exam and
30 marks will be divided into internal test, Class test, attendance, presentation, Seminar and assignment.
