AFFIDAVIT

I, ABDUL RAHMAN WANI S/O HABIBULLAH WANI R/O

CHECK KAWOOSA TEHSIL NARBAL DISTRICT BUDGAM,
KASHMIR, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath as
under.
1. That the deponent is the permanent resident of U.T of Jammu
and Kashmir.
2. That the father of the deponent namely Habi bullah Wani S/O
Abdul Ahad Wani R/o Check Kawoosa expired on 01-01-2015 ,
leaving behind below mentioned legal heirs;
 Abdul Rahman Wani, aged 65 years, Profession Labour.
 Abdul Gani Wani , aged 62 years, Profession Labour.
 Raja Bano, aged 60 years, Profession House Wife.
 Ghulam Mohammad Wani aged 56 years, Profession
labour.
3. That this affidavit is solicited before the concerned authorities
seeking issuance of legal heir certificate.
4. That all the averments made are true and correct to the best of
my knowledge, in case the information is found false deponent
shall be personally liable for the same.
