Sub: Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI) membership fee for IV and III Year Civil
Engineering Students –request for payment - Reg:

The Department of Civil Engineering informed herewith that the Fire & Security
Association of India (FSAI) membership fee for IV and III year have been collected from
Students.

The amount has been collected for the membership from IV year student is Rs.256/- from
57 students of Rs 14592/- and form III year student is Rs.513/- from 45 students of Rs 23085/-.
The Total amount is Rs 37677 (Thirty seven thousand six hundred and seventy seven only).

In this connection it is requested to kindly pay the said amount through NEFT/RTGS to
Fire & Security Association of India, Account No: 602301184287, IFSC code ICICI0006023 for
the amount of Rs 37677.

The detail of the payment made by the students enclosed herewith for necessary process please.
