The vibrations from Mantras are created in spiral formation. Similarly, when we chant BHAKTAMAR STOTRA, it aligns the Body, Mind and Spirit in a Singularity or Oneness and that results a major shift in consciousness. It has tremendous effect on a person when it is recited for 21days regularly and preferably at the same place and time. HOWTO CHANT MANTRAS? Ideally, YANTRA that are made out of copper, brass or even paper [as is given in this book] should be kept in front while chanting and focus should be on this yantra during the chant. Sholka should be chanted for atleast 9 times, followed by mantras for 108 times and RIDDHI for 108 TIMES. The most IDEAL TIME IS BEFORE SUNRISE [between 4.30- 6.15 am] also known as BRAHMA MUHURAT. The chants of Mantras can even be done up to 10.30-11.00am. Some scholars have also permitted itto done between 5-7 pm. This chanting must be done for at least 21 days continuously and preferably with salt less food for getting the best results for you. Apart from doing it for oneself, it can also be done for others too. One option is also of listening to audio/video and sign gently along with it. 003EFFECTS OF CHANTING MANTRA & SHLOKAS The effects of chanting mantras &shlokasare not just based on belief, or a placebo effect. Scientists have researched the effect of chanting mantras numerous times in the past years, to find out why chanting produces the effects they do. In general, chanting mantras & shlokas has been found to have a therapeutic effect on the body, soothing and harmonizing the body's multiple systems and kick starts the body's natural healing abilities, as well as help deal with addiction. This is according to research done by Alfred Tomatis at the French Academy of Science and Medicine, as well as by the experts at Cleveland University.
