There is no established format for this task, you can write it all down in a notebook, write on the
wallpaper in the living room or print it on a printer, the main thing is that you have access to this
information at any time.

On the website, in the search bar at the bottom right, enter the name of the airline:

You will be offered an option, you can select it or just click on "search" with what you have
already entered.

The following information appears on the top left. Two letters in brackets - this is the two-letter
airline code, in our case it is LO.
A matrix with routes will appear on the world map:

We see that all flights in all directions are carried out from the city of Warsaw, the code of which
is WAW - this is our main hub (Main HUB). To North America, LO flies to ORD - Chicago, JFK -
New York and YYZ - Toronto, these three-letter codes will fill the last column.
